Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spikers ("the App"), a Spikeball session and game tracker for iOS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Spikers is a mobile application that allows groups of roundnet players to create and manage sessions, track game scores, view player statistics, manage RSVP attendance, and run tournaments. The App communicates with a backend server to store and sync group data.

2. Groups and Access

To use Spikers, you create or join a group by entering a group name. There are no individual user accounts or passwords — access is scoped to your group. You are responsible for sharing your group name only with people you want to have access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access groups you are not authorized to join
• Abuse the push notification system to send spam or unwanted messages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver session notifications to your device. Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's terms. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

5. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the player names, session details, and other content you create within the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Railway. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. If you would like your group data removed from our servers, contact us at the email below.
